Can you record videos on and Digital Concepts brand camera?

I hav this silver camera and the brand on it is Digital Concepts Tm. I wanted to know if this type allows me to make videos on it. It is charging right now and i probably wont be able to use it until friday or saturday. I just want to know if anybody can answer this question and if not can you look up some things on the camera.
