This woman I really like and want to marry doesn't believe the man should be head of the household?

Its really weird because she is pretty sweet and passive but believes things should be equal between husband and wife though she said she doesn't expect to make the big decisions whatever that means. She says she believes everything should be talked about and compromised on but I believe in the Bible and that men are supposed to be able to have "the final say" (as long as it doesn't go against God's commandments) if there is a disagreement. We haven't talked about it much because I don't want to get her upset. She doesn't know I think this way. She says she believes in God though and wants to learn more about the Bible and even that she wants someone to teach it to her. I didn't want to bring this up though as the first thing but when should I bring it up and do you think she would change her mind if I showed her in the Bible where it says that wives are supposed to submit to their husbands? I know it is opinions and educated guessing but that is the best I think I can get right now.
