Does an evolutionary transitional fossil .... have a clearly defined definition ?

The first transitional fossil was the cell with all it's unneeded dysfunctional appendages. I believe there is One plan and God is aware of all our plans so He blesses the works of our hands. The prophet that said open the boy's eyes and he saw an army of angels in the hills. Bet it was real peaceful in that valley.
