Help with choosing a digital camera?

I'm not sure if i should buy this camera a href="http://www.cameras.co.uk/specs/samsung-es30.cfm" rel="nofollow"http://www.cameras.co.uk/specs/samsung-e…/a - samsung es30. I don't need anything special, just a good camera that takes nice pictures. The one i have now shakes a lot and the pictures come out blurry :( (it's BenQ, not sure which model)
