Is there a ATSC digital tuner that upscales to 1080p and uses HDMI cables?

I have a 1080p HDTV and anything that gets 1080p picture like Blu ray or upscaled DVD gets great picture. I was wondering if I can use my antenna which catches 720p and 1080i channels to plug it into a ATSC tuner with HDMI and 1080p upscaled, Also with a guide my HDTV has a poor one. Any models?
